Applied server settings from the COOP server that we already had running.
Also enabled Servermanager.

I noticed that it's not that stable so i disabled the server viewer on the frontpage of the site for the momment.

Yeah changed bots settings a bit.
Saw some random dewds yesterday in the server appears to be running ok.

ich hoffe es ist ok, wenn ich auf Deutsch schreibe.



Vielleicht erinnert sich jemand noch an mich (Light) bzw. an meinen Dad? (AB11BY) . Wir hatten damals den HeliTraining Server aufgesetzt.

Ich bin gestern Mittag per Zufall auf die Seite gestossen und war überrascht, dass der Clan nach all den Jahren noch lebt und sogar noch ein BF1942 Server am Laufen hat! Schnell verfiel ich in Nostalgie und dachte an die etlichen Stunden die ich damals mit meinem Dad in diesem Game (Und auf dem Server ) verbracht habe. Damals war ich 15 oder 16 jahre alt - jetzt bin ich 22. Ist wahnsinn wie lange das schon her ist.

Naja aufjedenfall wollte ich gestern dann einfach mal gucken, wie denn aktuell der Preis für BF1942 so ist, da ich mit dem Gedanken gespielt hatte, es mir für ein günstigen Preis wieder zuzulegen um mal wieder ein bisschen Heli zufliegen. Da habe ich gesehen, dass es seit einiger Zeit kostenlos ist. Es h at nicht lang gedauert und ich hatte BF1942 + DC Final wieder auf meinem Rechner.

Nachdem die Installation ohne Probleme geklappt hat, bin ich dann auf dem Server gejoined und es hat einfach wieder verdammt viel Spass gemacht, die Bots (es gibt sogar noch ein Bot mit meinem alten Nick ) zu killen und mit dem Heli zufliegen.
Ich werde jetzt aufjedenfall wieder öfters euren Server besuchen und werde meinem Dad davon erzählen. Vielleicht kann ich ihn ja auch davon überzeugen, nochmal ein paar Runden im Heli zu drehen.

Didn't found the right HDD with the map folder

By the way, which maps are running on the testserver, the original 1942 maps, the original DC maps or our modded DC maps? ... I know it was a stupid question but, hey it's me

both our bf1942 servers are running the same maps, but you only need our modded files on your pc if you want active vehicle skins >>> I still see blue Lada, desert camo Apache and A10 etc,

@ bananaSkill: server manager can find a connection. pm me the details pls. I wonder if we get any "player control".
