Server #2 will be moved to Rotterdam NL, as it kept lagging / rubberbanding and there was no capacity in London anymore.

Windows weardness ... you need to edit the NTFS security rights (properties > security) of the following folder.
"c:\ProgramData\Package Cache\"
Then select [Edit] and select everyone and tag <Full-control> Finalyy, press OK.
and reinstall the game ... this worked for me.

Mh, apparently you have to install the Origin launcher in your Windows partition otherwise you can't install new games... :D

I noticed quite a lot of stuttering on the Conquest server, I guess that's part of servers being buggy too.
