nice one, but i think they faked it a lot. did you noticed that the combat scenes they show when they are in the simulator are all the same scenes like in the original trailer? even the movement is the same. only when there is no enemy around they show longer parts like when he was walking the stairs and empty rooms. i believe the most "real" scene was when his gun "lagged" and he wasn´t able to move correctly. i don´t trust television because for us normal people it is nearly impossible to check out if it really happend like they tell you or not because you´re not involved and got no chance to get to test that simulator.
so my commentary: nice to look at and great idea but i say FAKE!

I don't think it's fake.

It's the 'heavy' scripted singleplayer.
I just finished the singleplayer, so what I saw here in the film, I saw playing it.
