Getting kicked for missing ping in game

Hi I'm getting kicked from your servers because in game I instead of my ping displaying, I have "-".

This is extremely frustrating and has only happened recently but I cannot find the reason for it. I've gone to great lengths to resolve the problem; port forwarding, Firewall settings, echo ping request rules, reinstalled BF4 and BF3 (exactly the same problem in BF3), punkbuster reinstalled and on and on and on, finally resorted reinstalling windows.

None of this has worked and so I am absolutely at the end of teather as I've tried everything. I am showing pings in all browsers no problem.

Is it possible to add me to a whitelist or something so I can play once again on your servers?

I'm not a hacker, I just wanna shoot some peeps again.

I've attached a picture to showing my ping is only 25 in the browser, I honestly do not know what more I can do.

Hi,

Does it happen every time you play our server? Does it happen to both our servers?

Have you also tried to reset your modem / router? Somehow your ping gets blocked there.
This is usually the culprit.

Hi,

It's happening on all servers, for the last couple of weeks.

I have tried resetting my router also setting it back to factory settings. I'm going to try and speak to my ISP again, because something is definetly wrong somewhere I just don't where to look anymore.

Quick update and proof that I do have a ping just that the game can't read it.

This screenshot was taken just now on your server, I can't see anything weird here can you?

Not sure what you can do to fix it, but I've fixed it on our end: I've added you to the whitelist.
You will not be kicked for "missing ping" any more.

I have spoken with my ISP again, the guy I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about so now I have to write an email.

The only thing I can think to try now is to take my pc over to a friends to test it there.
