Muted for over a month, even after I've come to say it won't happen again? That's not very reasonable. I would suggest logging in as admins more often and you may see a number of other players that use bad language that also deserve mutes or bans. Also my comment about the atrocious autobalance seems to have been discarded. If you want to manage the server your way, at least manage it somewhat fairly.

Secondly: don't make ssj3blade your problem, don't make him our problem.
We run 2 nice BF4 servers, where players like to play because we treat each other with respect.
ssj3blade failed to do this every time he played on our server. His ban is not our problem.

Neither is it our problem there are so few Chain Link servers.
You want to play Chain Link with your TOPS friends, change your own server to Chain Link, set weapon rules and play together on that server.

ssj3blade doesn't like the way we run our server. Our server rules are a problem for ssj3blade and ssj3blade is not our problem any more.
