Missing ping leading to kick

Hi there,

Since today I'm having problems with missing ping and I'm getting kicked by admin because of it.

I have no idea why from today my ping is not showing up for your server (it shows up for almost every other server out there) and I can't seem to fix it.

Is there anything you can do about it? 90% of my playtime (several hours daily) is on your PC server " =11= Clan #2/2 - CHAIN LINK - DICE Friends - 60Hz" and I'd be sad if I can't play on it anymore

Being a VIP fixes this or will I still get kicked for missing ping? I've tried playing with my router settings but no luck.

Is this still happening?

a few weeks ago we finally added a proper "no ping" kicker that works very well.
We had to do this since there are so many players hiding their ping to avoid being kicked.

At the moment the whitelist isn't implemented yet, but I will see what I can do.

PS: which router do you have?

It is still happening, yeah. In the meantime my ping is now showing on your Conquest server, but I rarely play conquest

I have the Netgear WNDR3700. Still only your Chainlink (and maybe 2-3 other servers) aren't seeing my ping, but all other servers are showing it.

Happy to tell you I have fixed the whitelist and put you on it.
You should not be kicked for a missing ping any longer.

Can you please add a friend of mine? His bf4 game name is DuHeC (he is having the same problems). Any idea why it came to this in the first place? Did you do something with the server settings or an update?

I've added DuHeC to the whitelist also.

Why it came to this? Because I finally made a good working check to kick "No Pingers"

However, I don't know why you don't have a ping.
That's probably related to portforwarding & NAT in your modem / router....


PS: Vakuum... LOL. It will be fine within the limits when they connect from Slovenia

We've deactivated the bigger donation options, since we are not completely sure till when we will host BF4 servers. Our current lease ends November 2016.

Offering VIP slots past that date is tricky (and might become unfair), since we don't know yet whether we still have BF4 servers

It all depends how BF4 survives after BF1 gets released.
And we will not host BF1 servers.
