Hello I would like to know if I am banished from your server and if that's the case , I'd like to know why?
I still played last night so I do not understand
I can not access to this server as soon as I joined I was instantly offline

And i have this message : "Part disconnected : you have been banned by an administrator. specified reason [reason]"

we have no ban in the system for your playername, but we block players from your country / island (Réunion):
You were blocking your ping after we kicked you for high ping. So we blocked the country, since you will always have a too high ping to play on our servers.

No... we don't block French players....
We block players from Réunion, since they have a high ping and like you, masked their ping to fool our ping kicker.

According to our admin tool your IP location was Réunion.

However, it seems this IP database is outdated and the IP address has been changed as a French IP, instead of Réunion.

I've updated this IP database file and if all is correct your IP will be shown as from France and you should be able to join again.

PS: your ping did not show either. When you don't have a ping you will be kicked.
