Lag on All Servers

Seems to be lag on all servers at the moment , not just Clan 11.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Nope.... all is fine for me on all servers I played on today

If you have it on ALL servers, that's usually a sign you have a problem with your connection.
Maybe it's your ISP / your modem / your router. Hard to tell.

You could check if you have packetloss using WinMTR: http://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/
Check the game server IPs on Battlelog and run a trace.


EDIT:
And since you complain about this a lot, I would say your internet connection is just bad.
