Hi i got banned of your servers and i never used the 11 clan tag, i never insulted anyone, i totally don't know why i should be banned.
i never hacked/cheated/boosted so plz let me play on your servers again.

The message i have is "you're not welcome anymore"
and as I said before, I totally don't know why I get this message.
I have been a regular of your servers since bf3 and I enjoyed it a lot, especially your server on metro no explosives, and then I jumped into bf4 and played on your servers.
But I did never use the clan emblem, cheat/hack...
So plz tell me what went wrong because your servers are great and I would like to play again on them.
