autobalance plugin LF help :)

Hi guys, I am writing to ask which auto balance plugin (+settings) you use for your server? I have set up my own but need a little help with the auto balance...can anyone help?

For the script things, you must wait on our head admin. I think he will come back on you if he has read this. ;)
