Hi,

I got a kick-ban for saying someone did not deserve a ban. I don't mind getting banned for violating server rules, but just chatting? I didn't even use profanity.

Hi,

I was playing BF3/Metro. I just got banned. When someone said "Player X has been banned for cheating," I replied with "He was good, not cheating". It seems that because of disagreeing with an admin in chat (I learned later) I got banned. Please, pick better admins, because i did not violate a single server rule.

This is regardless of my ban-appeal. This is about chats on severs.

I appreciate that you take the time to review the logs and additionally offer addtitional info beyond what would be expected from admins.

Keep up the good work. Rare admins are rare.

You don't have to tell us how to admin our servers. Our team does a pretty good job with that.
We are a well respected clan in the Battlefield Community.

We don't ban players just because they are good. We don't even ban players when we have only any suspicion. We only ban when we have facts.

When our admins call out a player of whom they suspect is cheating, that is their 'job'.
If you want to be a wise-ass about that, you don't need to be on our server.

After that discussion, the admin in question (ubern00bster) told everybody in server about puma being banned by Punkbuster today / yesterday.

And that is a fact: puma received a PB global ban. Not by our doing.... By Even Balance: The makers of Punkbuster.
When our admin told that in chat, you started calling him a sucky player and you were disrespectful to him and our clan.

We don't need that on our servers.

So I wish you a nice life.

I'm not trying to tell you how to run your severs. They are yours after all, you (personally or as a group) pay for them.

I've played with Puma and have not had bad experiences with or against him. However, I have been an ass on your servers.

I appreciate that you go out of your way to explain why you banned me. I had hoped it could be lifted.
Even though it hasn't been lifted, i appreciate that you have taken time to explain.

I saw your ban appeal on our forum and I like the way you ended this topic and handle your ban. We, the leaders of 11CLAN, decided to give you a last chance and remove your ban.

Use your chance wisely and keep your fingers under control!

If there is something that annoys you, start breathing deep in and out ... stay calm and keep playing your game. You could also ask an admin when present or make a post on our forums in a respectful way, like you did in your ban appeal.

And don't forget ... only ONE chance!

Hi,

I've taken some days to collect my thoughts. Some days it seems as if life conspires against you (or so it seems when you're a bit beat down), and the temptation to lash out at strangers can be strong. I will endeavour to improve my controlled breathing :)
