Server full of campers

Yo,

been playing @ your server for the last 3-4 days. I just played the first match of the day (Tehran Highway 64 CQ). We were camped to death in our deployment area.

I'm wondering how there were no active admins in the game, even though 3 '11'- tagged players were in the server. We tried to use !votekick multiple times but the 20 votes limit was absolutely too much. Had to log in to your TS3 to get assistance from RbBetter.

The enemy had players: Appel1705 & EmperorPL sitting in our deployment. EmperorPL was in a BMP2 and Appel on the foot. Newb_Sniper was sitting close to the deployment and sniping people to our very own spawn. Big_Master_L had spawn raped in the previous Caspian Border our base with air vehicles aswell, and in the Tehran he sat in a tank and fired the deployment.

Could the admins by any chance administrate the servers / respond to !admin commands? We had over 5 people quitting the server that round due to bad experiences.

First of all: Hello and welcome to 11-Clan website.

I am sorry that you had to experience matches like this on our server. Normally there is always an admin around to respond to the !admin requests. You said that there were 3 of our members playing on the server? Was that in earlier rounds? Because I can't see an [11] Player in the leaderboards.

The !admin request (as far as I know) only goes to our clan leaders/ head admins. So if one of them is currently away, we can't respond to these unless a [11] player is also in the server.

As far as the Votekick goes I am also thinking that the limit is a bit too high. But we have to make sure that feature doesn't get abused. I am sure we can lower the limit a bit. (Also I think that the function is a bit confusing for the players because they have to enter a reason and most don't get that.)

It was a good decision to join our TS even though it was a bit inconvenient.

PS: I am sure the head admin will look into banning these players from our server, but it's a bit hard to judge afterwards if you know what I mean.

Hi Siideriu,

unfortunately we have REAL lives too and you cannot expect from us we are stand-by 24/7.
It's a beautiful day today and too hot to sit in front of my PC to act on all !admin requests. (Had to do some groceries too)

I hope you can understand that.

It seemed we had some idle clanmembers helping getting the server full, including myself probably.

Nevertheless, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
I've noticed Appel1705 before. He's not always playing fair.

EDIT 1:
Votekick threshold is 40% of the server. So not even your whole team had to vote !yes to get those guys out.

EDIT 2:
@FlakVader: There is no reason necessary for a votekick. How hard can it be: !votekick <player>
It's the same as on all other servers out there.
