I was getting slayed on your Battlefield 3 rush server

Hello.

Today I was playing on your rush server in Battlefield 3. I was flying a chopper with a few squadmates in it, spinning around mcoms and killing a lot of people.

Suddenly me and everyone else in the chopper got killed by "bad luck." First I thought I just accidentally crashed into something, but then I got to pilot another chopper and after flying for twenty seconds, it happened again.

Suddenly I realized this might have been done by an admin. Is this normal on your servers? Is it possible for someone to check if an admin actually killed everyone in the chopper or not? It happened at 7.3.2012, 2.20 GMT +2.

I think it's the annoying random "Bad Luck" bug.
I've read the chatlogs and you guys suggested there was an admin on the other team. But there wasn't.

None of our members / admins were playing at that time. And no admin seemed to be on RCON at that time either.

And no, it's not normal to slay teams / squads or players on our servers. We don't do that

So, according to these logs it's the famous "Bad Luck" bug.
DICE will fix this in the next patch.

I hope my explanation is to your liking and we'll see you again on our servers.
Instead of "trying to tell people to avoid this server in the future"....

I was enraged by the bug and was almost sure it was an admin doing this, hence that angry message of mine. I apologize for the inconvenience and false accusations.

Nice to see that there are still good people around that don't start raging in the forums.

The bug can be really annoying. I've had it happen a couple of times. Especially on Damavand Peak. If you are flying over the mountain (over the tunnel) and you are very low you get the bad luck thing.

Let's hope for the best in the next patch
