What is #BF3Blackout?

I do not like the preliminary fixlist at all. Too many stupid unnecessary weapon tweaks again.
And most of all, like Vanpaalen said: the Guided Missile & Flares tweak. It's insane.

We need real fucking fixes. Real fucking RCON. Real fucking anti-cheat meassures to eliminate Mass-Kill, Teamswitch Hacks and many many more.

If they would give info about these kind of things it would make me at least a bit happy (I guess).

But still nothing... only this stupid list with mostly tweaks which were talked about 4 weeks ago already...

Owyeah... we get Horns on the jeeps! Hooray! That makes the community happy...

As you all know I'm not much of a talkert here but in this case I cry out: GIVE THEM A BLACKOUT!!! I'm so fed up with these billion dollar companies thinking they can shut us up by saying: here are the horns, the rest will be fixed sometime. just keep us waiting long enough for them to make a new game and the whole shit starts again. so if you're not clear what i think:
