Yes, and I had to build a new computer too.
bananaSkill - 11:08 (22-08-2011)
clean re-install of windows ?
dkong - 00:42 (22-08-2011)
The problem itself is not in the shoutbox or I have failed to read it, but I've had trouble before with HEAT and a clean re-install did the trick.
bananaSkill - 23:48 (21-08-2011)
Flak please download this md5tool: etree.org
- save it in the same folder where 'HeatOnlineSetup_20110117.exe' file is.
- press WindowsKey+R
- type: cmd [enter]
- type: cd "C:\Name of the directory where the file is stored\" [enter]
- type: md5sum HeatOnlineSetup_20110117.exe [enter]
- wait a while and then it should say this:
9e05798d743954aba56a96d128a9e8c6 *HeatOnlineSetup_20110117.exe

if that 32 character code is not the same then your download got corrupted on its way to you.
I checked the file that was on the server its has the same md5 as the one on my computer which i used to install the game with.
but if the code is the same as above that means your download is just fine but something else going wrong on your system.
