Added a Country Kicker. Players from the following countries will be kicked automatically, because 90% of the time their ping sucks donkey cunt:
-Hong Kong
-Brazil
-Thailand
-Japan
-South Africa
-India
-Philippines
-Taiwan
Now I can see ingame ping, more countries will be added :)
