@ELAN: Don't think that was the reason. The wietpas just FAILED. There was more drugs nuisance in the streets than without the friggin wietpas.
Next step should be: LEGALIZATION.

Thanks Bassie,i have used those drivers four days.Works fine work well in the other games, except MOHW. I really do not understand this kind "Bug". :/
