Yo Leftie your config looks good only I would see if you can use two separate RAM modules instead of one because your mobo probably uses dual channel.

But all depends on what you really want to do with it. If you're going to use it for HTPC only, those Sapphire's would be my choice. (they look pretty nice next to your TV)
But if you're going to demand more from it... self-build would be my option too.

It's still more expensive than the all-in-one solution from Sapphire... And those seem to be pretty low on energy as well.

or buy the x2 250 cpu which is Boxed (incl. cooler) for 10,- more and 200 Mhz more
and use the money saved to buy better ssd

I payed for case, mobo, cpu, ram and psu 360 €, but the mobo was expensive because it has 2x USB 3 ports, HDMI and a optical SPDIF port. If you dont need this shit, you can stay into your 300 € boarder.
At my configuration was important for me that i have a cpu with a low TPD and a board with SPDIF, HDMI and USB 3, so this board was perfect for me.
