Donation Error

Hi,

I tried donating last month when my VIP expired, but only got a Paypal error after logging in. The same thing happened again today when I tried donating again, even if I tried using a different browser. I know my Paypal works because I've used it between the two dates. Do you know of any possible way to fix this?

I don't know why this is happening to you.
I just checked and I have no issues making a donation with my own Paypal account.

You can try to send us money from within the Paypal website to our email address: XXXXXXXX

What is the error you are getting? You maybe have a screenshot?

This is the error I get. I just donated through the Paypal website though, and it seemed to go through properly. Did you get it?

How long is the VIP slot active for?

I guess as long as we keep our BF4 servers

Our servers were just renewed for another 6 months.
So these servers will at least stay online until early November and probably even after that.

Not sure what will happen with Battlield ONE though... waiting anxiously for more information from EA / DICE.
