i see that i am banned from the server...could you please explain why?

As the ban reason says "Suspected Cheater", we suspect you of cheating.
And since you seem to have a history with cheating we will not remove this ban.

You have linked account that is banned. Could be you, could be somebody else.
But, since we suspect this account of cheating, that history does not really matter.

We will not remove this ban. End of discussion.
