hi guys,
now that we are using the inf. only server due to high ping times on the bf2 server is it possible we get the AIX server back online.
Although it only seemed to be only me and data playing the majority of the time, i still enjoyed it. if i may possibly suggest, adding a few maps to the server wouldn't hurt and may attract more of the clan members. i understand from what hellfire says that with the awesomeness of the AIX mod it also meant alot of the maps were heavily modded in terms of vehicles etc. and such things full of stupid bots would cause the server to lag thus making the experience unplayable.
i understand that you guys (the Admin) already have alot to deal with in which case i can be patient, but if i could have some confirmation that the AIX server will be online or even for the meanwhile run the server temporarily would be enough to please me.

AIX 2.0 released!
Im working on getting some maps setup...until then go ahead and download the 2.0 full client from here ...

Use the download link from aix.com NL...its the fastest.
You need 2.0 core mod...and aix core maps to play,i wouldnt patch it cuz it could cause probs.

Oh yeah..if you guys want to take the stupid screams out of the game..go to your bf2/mods/aix...and get rid of the screams for death by crazy ace folder.
This is serverside...so you will get on every server without them.
The night vision however is client side.

this could be useful, probably more fun though. 
How or where do i get it? and is it an optional mod like you change camera view of something or is it a permanent mod

It isnt for download yet...first I need to know if we are going to mod our aix...or do we want stats....both cant be done.If you install the mod im making you wont be able to get on other servers because its client side.
