Donated - forgot to entr BF Nickname

I just donated 15 euros but forgot to enter my BF4 player name... donation is from ******* - BF4 player name is Bolid1. I need a VIP slot on BF4 conquest server.... I used VIP slot for 3 months and server is GREAT!! I can play with my friends in squad without waiting in a queue and switching sides!!
