Hi I have been playing on the =11=clan battlefield 4 server (fave) and recently decided to make a donation for a vip slot, my question is, will there be a notification in any way when this is due to end?

You donated € 5,00 on December 25th, so that technically gives you a VIP slot until January 25th.

Since the process of adding & removing VIP slots is not automated, we remove VIPs manually after they have expired.
It's not something that will strictly happen on the expiry date. Usually you will get some bonus days / weeks because we simply forget

We started mailing reminders when we remove the VIP slots, so you can expect a mail from us by the end of the month.
