Expelled by Ping?

I gutaria play on your server Chain Link but lately this expelling by ping. Before I could play but not now.

My ping is 153ms on your server

Could be added to the whitelist to not be expelled?

I really like your server = 11 = Clan # 2/2 - CHAIN LINK - DICE Friends - 60Hz and Conquest DLC server

I'm sorry, but our ping limit is set to 150 on our Chain Link server.
We have set that limit for a reason.

I will not add you to a whitelist, since that would make our ping limiter useless.
You should find a server closer to home, since you're from Venezuela and all....

The problem is that not find a server to play chain link near. Before you could play on your server that had a ping of 136 to 141 ms, but lately I have problems with my internet provider.

I don't want to be rude, but that is not really our problem.
We try to give our guests the best BF4 experience on a high tickrate server.

Allowing players from other continents with a high ping will result in a worse experience for all other players.

Now I'm on the block list?

Now I expelled till when I have a ping between 125 to 130ms.

This did not happen until I speak here. Was not necessary to to block me. Also not have to be so harsh, just ask to see if they could do something.

Until yesterday could come in and play when I was good ping under 150ms which is its rule, talk and now I can not even get just for being of Venezuela. Message yesterday to be expelled "Your ping is 153 you were expelled by the administrator" Today "You are from Venezuela you were expelled by the administrator"

I know it's better to play in nearby server, but in America there is no single server Dragons Teeth DLC and less on Chain Link. You can verify what I say

Sorry, like I said: I don't want to be rude. Never meant my post to be rude.
The funny thing is though, after your request there was another player from Venezuela who joined our server.

He was hiding his ping, so he could not get kicked for having a high ping.
Because of that I decided to put country block on it.
Same as we block access to players from countries like Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Japan, Australia, China and some others...

It's not against you, it's against high pingers who join servers that are way out of their region.

I'm not the player that hidden the ping. I never try something like that.

I just ask if they could be added to the whitelist to not be expelled, because before could play on your server and in recent weeks have problems with my internet provider. It's a little unfair to pay other players by one who hidden their ping.

The server must have the statistics when I could play on the server.

A shame not to play in Dragon Teeth Chain Link, but good no matter.

i just got kicked for missing ping, this just started happening 10 minutes ago, i dont know why its missing, its normally 19ms on your conquest server, how can this be fixed?
