greetings i was suspected as hacker but you see my account was hacked by a Russian guy which uses wall hacks and aimbot ..
i really love your servers and writing you and going to the website to see what i can do so i can get back to this server and enjoy i hope you understand my situation :D

Hi BABA_shabaa,

we will not remove the ban, since the account was used with cheats.
We NEVER remove bans from accounts that have been caught cheating on our servers.

We cannot know who operates the account; we just ban the account when caught cheating.

I also would like to add that your account was banned on 2015-03-16 and our records show the account was then used from an Iraqi IP, not from a Russian IP (like you want to make us believe)

Even if your account was indeed stolen, you are responsible for the safety of your account.

Ban appeal denied.
