Hallo,

Ik heb zojuist een kick gehad door de admin omdat ik een votekick ben gestart tegen fontiano
fontiano heb ik meerdere malen op jullie server gezien en wat hij doet klopt echt niet.
in mijn laatste spel schiet ik hem in de rug terwijl hij aan het herladen is en schiet mij met een headshot neer met zijn rug naar me toe, de 2e keer loopt hij onder mij langs en ik schiet op hem en krijg een headshot van hem zonder dat hij zich omdraaiden.
vandaar dat ik een votekick starte, maar kreeg van de admin een kick. met als rede votekick abuse.
toen ik terug kwam in het spel, en zij dat hij de verkeerde kickte kreeg ik een ban omdat ik geen respect had voor de admin.

iedereen klaagt over die fontiano maar zal wel jullie server beleid zijn waar alleen cheaters welkom zijn of zo?

In ieder geval wat op de server gebeurde met mij was duidelijk een geval van admin abuse.

Since I understand Dutch I already made a reply last night hoping you would make a proper ban appeal, so I could post it. But unfortunately you don't seem to be interested in doing so. Hence I re-opened this appeal.

But to the point: About your kick & ban.

First of all, you were kicked by the Auto-Admin (this is a script), because you abused the votekick on February 6. You have received a warning from one of our admins that day, that the next time you would use the votekick you would be kicked yourself. On February 6, you started 6 votekicks, resulting you to be placed on the votekick abuse list.

So... that kick was the result of your own behaviour. I know: it's easier to blame someone else.

Talking about behaviour, I pulled your chatlog and scanned through it.
You are not really a nice person to play with; whining and moaning about other players and the weapons they use every time you play on our server.

With that alone, you should have been banned already, since you failed to play by the most important rule we have on our server: Play with respect.
This is just an excerpt (and the majority of your chats) of your behaviour since December.

Your complete chat history contains 382 lines of which at least 60% is whining and being disrespectful towards other players.

And then we have all the hackusations towards players who on our server on a daily basis.
Some of them are VIPs who are pretty good players, some are just random excellent players.

Just because you think something is impossible, like a player killing you while not even looking at you doesn't make him a cheater. Usually these are just netcode issues. We have no reason to believe this player is cheating.

In fact, we really don't see many cheaters on our servers, but when there is one in the server, they get removed every time and very fast. We stream to every anti-cheat site that's possible and also have our own cheat detection that is doing a great job. So contrary to your belief we do not welcome any cheater on our servers.

But you just seem to be the random hackusating ranter that we could surely miss on our server.

Dear Trapwire,

You're calling someone a cheater for killing you while he is reloading?
If you are for real and not trolling then you should definitely do some research on BF4 netcode.
Maybe you can then waste less time in chat and spend more time actually playing the game.
