hi, i would like to know firstly the reason for my ban since i've always played in this server without any problems.
will you remove the ban? thank you

well thank you for that information, but since FroToe has banned me for some reason a few months back that couldn't be hacking, how can I play in your servers?
There is also the part "...if you're considering sending email to appeal your ban, please just don't." that clearly shows no possible solution for this......protective measure (???) against hacking!

You should always appeal your ban if you are innocent.
But if you have been caught cheating, he will probably not remove this ban.

I should appeal to it, yes, and I have not been caught cheating, because I haven't. That does not mean he will remove it just because I say so.
