Hello,

Basically today a couple of friends and I joined your server today. We were all playing hard trying to unlock new gear, I must have been playing for atleast 2-4 hours when in our last session together I was banned. I tabbed out discovered I was banned for "Game disconnected: you have been banned from this server. Stated reason: Kavokk 4 screenshots requested, 0 received. [Auto-Admin]". As not understanding what it was for I came to the forums trying to get unbanned as we have grown to your server and made it one server we would return to. Anyway, I came to the forum to get unbanned, I dont understand why I was banned and would be grateful if I could be unbanned to continue playing on the server.

Hi Kavokk,

we have scripts that check if your Punkbuster screenshots are being sent to us.
Many cheaters use screenshot blockers so we have no visual evidence of them cheating.

Your game has not produced a single screenshot in the four rounds you played on our server when our server requested them.
This can be a problem with Punkbuster on your side, or you used a screenshot blocker.

I'll have a look at our logfiles and your stats later as I don't have the time now.

I will report back at a later date, probably tomorrow.

Hi Kavokk,

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and I have removed your ban.

I do suggest you reinstall punkbuster in an attempt to fix this issue, otherwise you will get banned again.
And I'm not sure if we remove the ban next time.
