Hi, I was recently banned for unwanted language. I've said "Allahu Akbar" on a few occasions and forgot that It was unwanted language. I've also been very cocky towards people which is immature. I would like to know how long this ban will last or if It could possibly be reduced as this is my favorite battlefield server as it has all the maps, 64 player conquest and the ping is great compared to all the other EU servers and It's British.

this is kind of your own fault... since you were kicked with a warning on Sunday for the same chat.
So you should have known that writing this in chat would get you punished.

I'm willing to give you another chance and remove the ban if you agree to play by our rules.

Our rules are very clear:
> Play with respect and have fun!
> Hate speech, bigotry and other ways of disrespect will result in a PERMA ban.

Remember, this is your last chance, so when we notice any disrespect towards other players, trolling, flames, or any other unwanted chat you will get permabanned for life.
