Hello,

I tried to jump onto your #1/2 Conquest server this evening to find out that I had a ban enforced on me.
It stated "you were kicked by an admin. Stated reason: ENFORCING PRIOR BAN: You're not welcome anymore. You don't like this server. Why want to play here?".
I cannot recall that I mentioned that I didn't like the server otherwise I wouldn't have joined on numerous occasions.
From what I remember I was talking in the chat regarding the performance, as it wasn't running as consistent as usual being shot behind cover and bullets not registering in a timely manner. All of this as we know is pretty much out of our hands.
In no way did I mean to come across intentionally aggressive to anyone, as I remember I did have an exchange with several players in the chat log.

Calling this server a Kraut server is not really nice... is it?
Many of our members are German, but his server is not located in Germany.

Again: this server is not located in Germany. It never has been.
It also never showed the German flag. You are spreading dis-information.

As a test this server is currently located in the Netherlands. Our GSP (server provider) is running some tests with better DDOS protection, which they cannot offer in the UK yet. The server was located in the UK since November 2013 til some weeks ago when we started these tests.

Once these tests are done, the server will be moved back to the UK.
Hence we never had the GSP change the flag on Battlelog. (we cannot change this ourselves)

Our server is the most popular BF4 server in Europe and is filled 24/7 if it does not crash or gets attacked with a DDOS. So this "kraut server" must be a really good one...

25% - 30% of our regular players are from the UK and you seem to be the only one that whines about having a ping of 35 and getting killed behind cover, resulting in you spreading dis-information about the server's location.

If that would happen ALWAYS, would our server be the most popular server in Europe? Guess not...

Also, if you would check the Battlereports of this server on BF4DB.com and compare those with other BF4 CQ All maps servers, you will see our balance is usually better than any other server.

I also don't see the correlation between balancing players and allegedly being a German server.
Seems you have an issue with German servers / Germans?

Is it really disrespectful to balance players to get an even match?
You dislike base rape / uneven matches, but when you get picked to be balanced, the server sucks too.
We can never do good to players like yourself.

Yeah, you are the die-hard BF4 gamer... with an overall KD of 0.98. Other players that do not play as much as you (1587 hours) must be the cancer to this game... LOL.

Hello,

Wow. Sometimes I do have to look at myself when I get too hung up when playing a game, after all this is a game. In the real world I am no where a racist as it were. I know it definitely came across that way.
The whole admin auto-balance was quite overboard that night and it only just made me get frustrated when I wanted to get into the thick of the action but still really I shouldn't have said those kind of things.
I am sincerely sorry for hurting anybodies feelings and views on those occasions.
As for nationalities and this instance Germans, I have nothing against anyone regardless of background etc. Yes this is the internet, but I have to admit we all make mistakes. I made a massive blunder which I do recognise is not acceptable.
My sincere apologies to all the 11Clan and players who take part in your server whom I might have offended on those occasions.
I guess I don't have a leg to stand on to even make an appearance on any of your servers anymore?
