Hi,

I have been suspended by EA for one week and my stats have been erased because someone stole my credentials. My battle Report has some suspicious activity i don't recognize. I'm from the Caribbean and i just play in servers located in Americas due to lower pin. I need please some help from the servers admins in order to provide EA with the IP Address of who was accessing my account.

I think this is a weird story as I know the DICE anti-cheat department has the means to see that IP themselves.
You have to contact the DICE / FF anti cheat department.

We cannot be of help here.
