My VIP is not working anymore

Hey guys! I paid for VIP at the end of february. It worked fine but it doesn't work anymore. I was AFK for one week and noticed that today. Can you please check it when you have time? Thank you!

thanks for reporting this issue.
I have taken a look at your VIP slot and it still showed as active.

I have removed and re-added your VIP, so I hope all is working again.
