Hi, I was playing on your metro server today and got banned for the following reason:

Game disconnected: you have been banned from this server. Stated reason: HiImBarryScott 4 screenshots requested, 0 received. [Auto-Admin]

What does this mean, and can I get unbanned please? I've never had this message before...

You got banned by our automated admin for not producing Punkbuster screenshots.
We requested 4 screenshots and your game gave us no screenshot back.

Usually this means the player uses a screenshot blocker.

I will take a look at the logs and your gamestats from the games you played on our server before I decide what to do with this ban.

Thanks for your response.

I think this issue was especially odd as I was playing on your server for a while (about 2 hours I think) with no issues, the server started to lag a bit and I got banned with this message.

Could packet loss be a cause?
