Ollieeeeeeeee ... Banned on your server..?

My name is Ollieeeeeeeee (9 e's, because for some mysterious reason with 1 - 8 e's was taken )
I'm a Dutch BF3 gamer, and I've been having trouble trying to join your servers. I tried to join them because
1) Nice ping, since I'm Dutch
2) I like the larger City Map servers

I've been having some trouble trying to join your servers however.. I have no problem joining any server, but when I'm trying to join any of your servers, I get the following message:
"PunkBuster permanent ban issued on this Game Server for player 'Ollieeeeeeeee' ... Prior Kick/Ban "

This message was slightly confusing for me: to my knowledge I haven't played on your servers prior to this, and even if I have - I don't recall getting banned / kicked from them (I know everyone says they don't glitch / cheat, so I know how futile it is to say it, but I actually don't).

Could you perhaps tell me why it is that I was banned, and maybe what I could do to get un-banned?

Oh, some additional information might actually be of interest here.

I know this is a bit of a weird story, but it could potentially be relevant.

A while ago I made a suggestion on getsatisfaction.com (it's a forum where people can make suggestions to the BF3 developing team). Here's the link to it:

One of the people who posted there, was ubique1964, together with LeafyCargo. They were disagreeing with the idea, and over time got more and more verbally abusive. During that time, there was a large problem with hackers / cheaters, and a group of people decided to make their own ban list of obvious cheaters / hackers. Unfortunately for me, among those people where Ubique1964 and LeafyCargo, who in a rather childish way (you can actually read the post on battlelog) added me to it as well, since they hated my idea (I know this sounds ridiculous, but the thread is still on battlelog).
Their cheater list was called BBBans, and can be found at http://www.utsaservers.com.
Proof that they actually only banned me for not liking my getsatisfaction thread can be found when following this link (before clicking the link you have to register with their forum:

They have done this for other people as well:

So yeah, I've found out quite recently that there are a number of servers that have implemented their list, and that I therefor cannot join them..

It's completely possible that there is a completely different reason why I can not access your server (even though I do not recall playing on your servers in the past) so it's possible that this information was not relevant; but I guess it couldn't hurt explaining this in advance..

Hi Ollieeeeeeeee,

I don't think you are banned by us.
It seems you've been kicked by Punkbuster for some reason.

We don't ban on PB GUID, so I have to look up in the logs what's happening.

There were some weird problems with PB yesterday and later this afternoon we have updated PB on the serverside again.

Could you please check if you are still unable to play on our servers?

Yes, I was actually able to log on to your server tonight.. False alarm I guess
