Yesterday I checked the server when you guys played there (32 bots, 3 rp) and it was around 20 to 25 % CPU for that one core. The server is stable for the time it is running again now, so no restrictions from the virtualization layer any more as before. I wrote a ticket to their support back that day about those problems (though yes, their VServers are actually not meant for running game servers), and it looks like they really did something to loosen the limits of when it starts to gear down your server in performance.
