PDT=Pacific Time Zone ;)
The Pacific Time Zone observes standard time by subtracting eight hours from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC-8). The clock time in this zone is based on the mean solar time of the 120th meridian west of the Greenwich Observatory. During daylight saving time, its time offset is UTC-7. RGR That :?:

2nd part of the work, look at the CET (Central European Time)....

Maintenance start:



9/22/2010 - 11:00 PM PDT (7 AM CET and 6 AM BST)



Ends on:



9/22/2010 - 4:30 PM PDT (12 PM CET and 11 AM BST)

Btw, 12 PM is 12 o'clock in the afternoon....
