It's a Crossfire issue

Ehh black flickering is not just a crossfire problem my (nvidia) 8800 had this shit also.
Did you tried to update the drivers ?

All options have been tested,drivers from 10.2 to 11.3 without effect. Bloom on/off,Settings low/high,etc etc.
I'm using now 11.4 beta drivers and black screen only two times at hour.
Main problem is Gigabyte mobo with 2 pci-e x16 slots,yes both cards with x16 speed. If i have only one Card installed,then i can play without Black screen. NVidia or ATI,if you have Gigabyte mobo you have problems on Vanilla BFBC2.

My mobo Asus P5K (Shitty board) single gpu card same problem.

Yup. Same problem has also been reported asus users. Problem is caused by some kind background program,I read somewhere. (And i don't mean CHEATS)
