When the map for 64 players half 32nd usually when I connects it was 28 to 36 or 30 on the 34th and still it is always the balance so that the side where the more players there are also ranks highly. Thanks for showing us you have absolutely no idea. Blame the players who get kicked for using Explosives: they usually cause the unbalance.

Balancing takes some time and we do it as fast as possible. We cannot even do it any faster.
And ranks don't mean anything balance wise, since many players now have multiple accounts because BF3 was free. Low ranked, doesn't mean they suck.

We balance players on their skill & score per minute of the previous round. That is way more effective than just balancing on rank.

Next point: Admin is never present.
That is utter bullshit. Sure there are moments when there is no admin present, but I can tell you 90% of the time there is some of us watching the server. You failed to grasp the fact we have real lives too. We cannot watch the server 24/7 as we have jobs or studies to attent. Yes we are adults...

Calling us kids while most of our members are prolly twice the age as you are does not help your case.
And being disrespectful won't get you anywhere in life either.
