Unplayable

I can only wonder why some people are able to play this game? I've done everything I can, but this game is now UNPLAYABLE! This game was working fine,,,five or six month ago,so what has happened??? People asking the same thing at EA forum and no reply.Usually games will improved after patching,but on this game it's becoming vice-versa.My feelings are such as these soldiers had on beach.....WTF!
